Richard Fishbourne 

"Gardening for Wildlife"
 

As a keen naturalist, Richard Fishbourne has dedicated a lot of time to creating environments in his own garden as well as advising many other gardeners how to make provision for wildlife in theirs.

As Development Manager at Wiggly Wigglers
Richard provides much customer support and works toward ensuring everyone gets the best experience possible from their Wiggly products.

Richard advises schools and other organisations about ways of increasing biodiversity in their grounds, gives many presentations to horticultural/gardening clubs and country/gardening shows across the UK, writes articles for various magazines about subjects such as natural pest control, but as yet hasn't got around to writing a book!

Christine Buxton

     

"A year in My Garden"

 

When a cherished parent passed away, Christine Buxton suddenly had time to fill and nothing to fill it with. Instead, her beautiful but neglected garden

came to the rescue.

 


Originally from Lancashire, Christine Buxton has lived in the Welsh Marches county of Shropshire for seven years and has been making a garden there for six of them. She previously looked after a window-box in London and two small gardens in Cheshire. A language graduate and former computer instructor,

she has started teaching business English abroad.

"Perfume in the garden"

A lively lecturer & experienced nurserywoman, Sue has chaired the RHS Pinks Committee & lectured for societies many years. She is now a retired nursery owner specializing in pinks, old fashioned roses and herbaceous borders.

Donald Everitt


"Rock Gardening"

 

Donald Everitt is a retired teacher.  He trained at Wisley as an RHS horticulturist.  He is the founder of the North Somerset NCCPG.




May 26th
 

John Trinder

"The Iris Year"

Former lecturer in horticulture at Manchester Poly School of Landscape & Design faculty. Now maintains an NGS garden which has been shown on TV and in gardening magazines.

Members and their guests are invited to Monica and Julian Todd's garden.  Pleae let a committee member know if you have not received a personal invitation.

Michael Marriott has been Technical Manager at David Austin Roses for 20 years.  He designs gardens and promotes interest in roses
