 Jim is the Life President of
the Guild of Judges of the Gloucestershire Federation of Garden Societies.
He
is a retired Chief Officer ( Local Government ) having worked in the gardening
branch since 1966 in London and, finally, Cheltenham, Glos.
He is also a Life
Member of the Institute of Groundsmanship having specialised in Bowling Green
